1. Service presentation

The site Ma Mémoire en Objets offers a personal inventory creation service allowing users to:

• 📷 Photograph their objects
• 📝 Write descriptions and stories
• 📄 Generate a PDF of their inventory
• 💝 Pass on their memories to their loved ones

2. Prices and payment

2.1. Prices
Prices are shown in euros, including all taxes (VAT included). The price is the one in effect at the time of ordering.

2.2. Plans
The available plans are as follows:

💡 A free trial of 3 objects is offered to all new users, without payment.

2.3. Payment methods
Payments are made online via secure platforms:

• 💳 Stripe : Credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay
• 🆓 PayPal : PayPal account, credit cards

🔒 No banking data is stored on our servers.

3. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to give reasons.

⚠ The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of your request.

4. Service and delivery

4.1. Access to the service
Access to the service is immediate after payment validation. The object limit is increased according to the chosen plan.

4.2. PDF generation
The PDF is generated at the user's request. It is available for immediate download.

4.3. Data retention
Object data is stored locally on the user's device. The server does not retain any personal data beyond account information.

5. Warranties and liability

5.1. Service availability
The site strives to maintain continuous access to the service. Interruptions may occur for maintenance reasons.

5.2. Liability
The service is provided "as is". The user is solely responsible for their use of their data and the content they publish.

5.3. Security
Data is encrypted locally with the user's password. In case of password loss, the data cannot be recovered.

6. Intellectual property

All elements of the site (texts, images, logos, code) are protected by copyright. Any reproduction or use without permission is prohibited.

Users retain the intellectual property of their photos and texts published on the site.

7. Personal data

In accordance with GDPR, the personal data collected is limited to:

• Username
• Password (encrypted)
• Security question and answer

8. Modification of the T&C

These Terms and Conditions may be modified at any time. Changes come into effect as soon as they are published on the site.
